How Returns Work

SunShield™ products are sold through our authorized retail partners. Because we do not sell directly to consumers, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by the retailer where you originally purchased your product.

Each retailer has its own return policy, including:

• The return window (number of days you have to return the item)
• Whether the item must be unopened or in original packaging
• Whether a receipt or order confirmation is required
• How refunds are issued (original payment method, store credit, etc.)
• Whether return shipping is free or at your expense

To start a return, contact the retailer where you bought the product:

• Costco — visit Costco Customer Service or your local warehouse
• Sam’s Club — visit Sam’s Club Help or your local club
• BJ’s Wholesale Club — visit BJ’s Customer Care or your local club
• At Home — visit At Home Customer Service or your local store
• HomeGoods — visit your local store with your receipt
• Boscov’s — visit Boscov’s Customer Service or your local store
• Burlington — visit your local store with your receipt
• Big Lots — visit Big Lots Customer Care or your local store
